The new spa cover was the same manufacturer (Ideal) as the original spa cover delivered with the spa when new. The service when ordering the spa was great. I felt confident after I placed the order with Chris that I was going to receive a good looking and good fitting cover. The cover installed easily, fit nicely and looks just like the original cover my spa came with. It is so much lighter than the 13 year old cover that came with my Sundance spa. I was very pleased with the quality and years of service I got out of the original cover that I wanted another one and it is the reason for searching and buying a Ideal Spa Cover. I’ve looked at the competition from Mexico. Although the competitor is lower priced, it just doesn’t compare with the quality of the Ideal Spa Cover. I’m very satisfied so far.

Personal customer service Received and installed the new Ideal cover on my 1999 Sundance Optima Spa. Delivery went smoothly – No package damage. The delivery service helped bring the cover up our 200′ driveway – Very NICE. The cover is a perfect fit. Still need to adjust straps and allow the side flaps to stretch out. The vinyl is still stiff. Days in sun will take care of that. Quality shows!!

Professionalism, Courteousness, Communication Skills, Product Knowledge We Live in Central Pennsylvania. Our Spa was purchased in 2001. We had previously purchased (2) other covers thru a supplier of the original cover manufacturer, when we were ready to purchase another we discovered that our source was no longer in business. The cover is square with (3) radius and (1) 2-Edge un-equal length corners. Our earlier purchases did not require us to provide any measurement or templating (good thing because that would have been difficult for us) and covers fit perfectly. After months of frustration, procrastination, and dead end journeys we were fortunate to discover Spa Covers Etc. With information we provided, Chris was able to locate supplier with template for our cover and he promptly emailed template info for us to verify. We ordered and rec’d in (15) days. It fit perfectly! We could not have been happier. We are in our mid 60’s and sometimes feel like everything we do.. car repairs, appliance orders, home improvements, etc has issues and can’t be done right the first time. NOT THE CASE with Chris, it was a refreshing experience, the way things used to and should be done
