Spa Covers Etc. was founded in 1997 as Discount Pool Supply, a mobile pool and spa supply service serving Southern California. Before starting the business, Chris had nearly a decade of experience managing pool and spa retail stores in Laguna Hills, Mission Viejo, and Lake Forest. As custom replacement spa covers became the primary focus, the company changed its name to Spa Covers Etc. in 2019.

Today, we specialize in custom replacement spa covers for homeowners throughout Southern California and nationwide, with the same emphasis on accurate measurements, proper fit, and straightforward personal service.

We believe a spa cover should fit properly, seal tightly, and last for years — not warp, sag, or deteriorate after a short season.

Unlike mass-produced covers sold through big-box retailers, every cover we offer is custom-built to exact specifications. We work directly with homeowners, pool professionals, and spa service companies to help ensure accurate measurements, proper insulation, and long-term durability.

From portable hot tubs and in-ground plaster spas to oversized and swim spas, we’ve helped thousands of customers protect their investment with covers built to perform.

If you have questions, you speak directly with an experienced professional — not a call center.
