Do you make oversized spa covers for spas larger than 96"?
Yes. We make oversized spa covers and large hot tub covers for spas larger than 96″. These covers are quoted individually because the size, section layout, and shipping cost can vary.
My current swim spa cover is 3 pieces. Will the new one be the same?
Most of the time, yes. Our swim spa cover panels are usually built around 48″ sections, and we divide the overall length of the spa evenly so each panel is the same size. Some manufacturers use 50″ panels, but most use 48″. Once we know the final length of your spa, we will confirm the best section layout before quoting the cover.
Can you make covers for irregular-shaped or free-form spas?
Yes. We make covers for irregular-shaped, free-form, and custom-built spas. Many of these covers require a template made from 3 mil plastic so the cover can be built to the actual shape of the spa. Please call Chris before making a template so we can explain the correct way to measure and mark it.
Can I order an oversized spa cover online?
Oversized spa covers are quoted by phone instead of ordered online. A quick call helps confirm the correct size, number of sections, foam type, and shipping cost before the cover is made.

Yes. We ship swim spa covers, oversized spa covers, and large multi-piece spa covers nationwide. Local measuring service is available in Orange County and most of Los Angeles County.
