- Your spa is larger than 96″ in any dimension.
- The shape of your spa does not match any of the shapes listed.
- Your spa requires special accommodations for a top side control panel, handrails, raised air button, or speakers.
- The spa is not completely flat on the bottom.
- Your spa has more than 2 panels.
- Your spa is a Jacuzzi J-400 Series hot tub, Sundance Maxxus, or Hot Springs Grandee.
- The cover requires piercing of the vinyl skin into metal plates.

Portable Spas /

Portable spas / most hot tubs.
Measure the acrylic shell of the spa from outer edge to
outer edge when ordering your replacement cover.
This is the most common type of spa.
Built-In Plaster
(Gunite) Spas
Measure the span of the water from the inner edge
of the coping to the opposite inner edge.Add 6–8 inches to each dimension so the cover has
3″ to 4″ on all sides to rest on the coping.
